WIP NOT DONE
These are things that have inspired and influenced me over my life, this isn't comprehensive cause let's be real a lot of influence is subconcious and I'll probably add overtime as I remember and stuff.

Keroro Gunsou
While I don't think it influences me much today I've got to mention Keroro Gunsou because it's ultimately what started me on this path through life. In second grade I had just moved after my dad got custody of me and I made friends with a girl at my new school (who then introduced me to my longtime friend Greta), and she told me about this thing called anime and showed me this show and I was a fan instantly. It led to me using the internet, finding fanart, joining deviantart, and gaining an interest in art. The girl moved away not too long after and these days seems she isn't really into anime and stuff anymore haha but because of her showing me this show I am who I am today. And I mean you can definitely see my Keroro Gunsou OCs in the art archive so of course I have to mention this show.

Cartoons
I may seperate this into individual shows but perhaps a list will suffice: Powerpuff Girls, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Dexter's Lab, Codename: Kids Next Door, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Danny Phantom, My Life as a Teenage Robot, American Dragon Jake Long, and probably more but these are the ones I remember watching as a kid that I think influenced me the most. Many of these could fit under the "UPA Revival style" and it's easy to see their influence on me, in particular the fact that I'm a fan of thick black outlines. Honorable mention to Invader Zim which I never actually saw much as a kid and still need to but I love it's style.
The World Ends With You
I love The World Ends With You and it's currently a big influence on the direction I've been taking my style. I played it as a kid on my DS and I fell in love and I think it's one of the many things that contributed to me preferring more modern day and urban aesthetics over historical like medieval aesthetics. The game just oozes style and I adore it.
Halloweentown
Halloweentown is probably not good lol I haven't really watched it since I was a kid but as a kid I was obsessed and would watch it over and over since I had it on DVD. I think what appealed to me and influenced me is the idea of magical creatures and stuff in the modern day, vampires going to the dentist, the idea of buying instant potion mix at the store, the mix of the fantastical with the mundane it enamoured me as a kid, and is why I'm drawn to urban fantasy as an adult.
