Days 12 and 13, getting close to halfway done! Had a bit of a depression period and I've been working on some things behind the scenes so there was a bit of no drawing which I always hate, I start feeling antsy when i don't do any drawing especially for extended periods of time.

For the knives I dunno why I decided to trace the reference photos, It's a good way to like see where you went wrong but I didn't do it this much in the previous days haha. As such that's also why I didn't color in the lines I felt it'd add too much information and make it harder to parse. Knives come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, even just among kitchen knives there's dozens out there so there's no real standard knife to learn to draw but I picked out a couple I thought would be good to draw. Cleavers are definitely my favourite for reasons that are very predictable for me haha. Even though butchering often uses many different knives I just love a nice cleaver chop and it's such a vibe for edgy gore stuff. I hope to draw many cleavers in the future, especially since Ozwald has one.

Originally I had dental tools and medical tools together when I was first making the list but I seperated them to spread them out. Obviously part of my fetishes include dental stuff too, I'm not as into it as just cutting and stabbing a guy but pulling out a twinks tooth is a pretty hot thought. Dentists are also just another thing for horror, though personally I've never actually been scared of going to the dentist. My desire to draw dentist drills is also because honestly music with drill noises in it hit so fucking hard shout out to all my drills. I think I've been getting kind of lazy doing the coloring in these but tbf I do plan on doing some metrial studies of metal in the future so that's not the point right now, I'm just trying to get familiar with the object shapes and such.
