Of course I had to include gas masks in my objectober what website do you think you're on? Actually I wonder how many people who follow my website know my username is a combination of my online nickname Ghast and gas masks but I just removed the vowels? I don't think I have anywhere that states that now that I think about it haha. I love masks, masks of all kinds from simple black half face masks to plague doctor masks to leather and latex fetish masks covered in as many spikes as possible. Masks are cool and gas masks in particular are a favourite of mine, despite this though I've never really been the best at drawing them, fault of my younger self not focusing on what I really like, but god I want to be!

I realize that it'd be best to study gas masks more when I've gotten more of a grasp on how to draw actual heads but it's always good to try things out. Feel like I have a lot to catch up on as an artist that at times makes me wanna strangle my younger self but it is what it is I just gotta figure out what I'm gonna do from now on. I think to a degree perhaps guidelines and stuff could help a bit more I kinda forget to make guidelines a lot of the time and just go for it haha. I'm kind of surprised how well the drawing in the upper right corner came out haha. I originally intended to also include some half face gas masks cause of course I like both kinds but I ended up forgetting lol. I also meant to do day 12 as well but I got a hit with a bout of depression so I just hung out with my friends and played Amnesia: The Dark Descent the rest of the day.
