Second pass at the neck studies and the final part of the torso section, now I can move onto arms! These studies are better in some places and worse in others but that's just kind of how it is. 3 I definitely feel shows my struggle with the trapezius, when I was watching the critique videos back I realized that it's definitely a weak point for me. Ah well though just need to move on or I'm gonna be stuck here forever. I don't really have much to say about these studies beyond the typical. I will say I feel like this time I was more.... i don't observant? Like the last time I did these I was tryin to identify the muscles but it seemed less obvious in my head I mostly focused on the sternomastoid and certainly this time I did too but this time I feel like I was more aware of the clavicular head and the little gap between the heads, but also some of the other muscles like I was more aware of what was the muscle from the jaw to the hyoid bone (don't remember it's name) and what was the sternohyoid as well like in drawing 5 specifically. Whether or not my drawing skills are actually improving it's nice being more aware that my knowledge of the body is improving I must learn more so I can draw cool gore though maybe I'll look for some medical stuff to watch in my free time for fun learn about the organs and such more. Also there's no gestures with this cause I went to start went "oh wait my gestures" and then went "whatever I'm already in the mindset of the studies I'm not gonna switch gears".

I don't think I'm gonna be able to finish this course by the end of May honestly which is dissapointing cause I'd like to get this course done ASAP so I can start drawing normal ASAP, I wanna draw gore! I wanna draw porn!! I wanna draw cool art!!! Unfortunately a lot of things get in the way like stomach pain, wrist and hand pain, and sometimes there's just not really food in the house so I don't have as much energy. Also Donnie and Ian are gonna be visiting soon while they drive cross-country so I'm not gonna be doing any study while I hang out with them and I've been trying to clean up the house some before they show up. Very excited to see some of my friends IRL for the first time hooray!! Yeah though probably not gonna be finished by the end of May, I wish I could draw and study but my brain is bad at switching gears I guess maybe it's a consequence of never studying ever growing up, not even in school, I may have been an Fs and Ds student but I actually did really well on tests and shit I think that's the only reason I never got held back lol.
