Oh boy the hand studies. I'll be honest I attempted these earlier but I was having difficulty with it and getting frustrated and Aster was waiting for me in VC cause we agreed to call and talk about getting real life shit sorted so I just gave up at that point. Aster and Donnie have been trying to convince me to stop doing this anatomy course and I was considering it but I was like "i can't quit at the fucking hand lesson that's so basic" so I said if I fail to finish the studies again I'll quit the course and take some time to chill, also I want to be able to draw good hands so I didn't want to give up, the only way I'll get better is if I try. So here we are I did manage to get these studies done even if they're not very good and I got frustrated during them and kinda was giving up near the end. but it is completed.

I've now watched the critique videos and I also watched a lecture given by an artist called Will Weston, the part on hands was actually pretty small but it was still an interesting lecture and I think it'll help a bit when I go to do the second pass on these which who knows when that'll be. I'm kind of upset with myself for only getting two studies done this month but whatever. No point beating myself up about it because if that got me to actually do them I'd be fucking done by now. I've been trying to do exercises though when I don't feel well enough to do a study but still am like "i need to work on my art" things like line exercises and such.
