Arm Bone Study

Started the arm section and ugh. Originally I was planning on doing 8 of these trace overs but I was doing so bad and getting so frustrated I only ended up doing 4. I half considered not uploading these and just giving it another try but I figure I'm gonna be going over the section again anyways so I'll just move on for now and maybe on the second pass if i'm still feeling unsatisfied I'll give it one more try but i can't let myself get stuck on trying to perfect one thing. I also considered cropping these photos to just the arm drawings but I knew if I did when i did the second pass theyd probably end up with completely different cropping and leaving them the same dimensions would make for easy back and forth flipping for comparison later. So that's why the size and space on these images is a little weird, doesn't look great on the site but since once i start drawing normal I'll be removing my studies over time anyways probably it doesn't matter that much.
The arm bones are very tricky especially the forearm bones, it doesn't help i'm not very good with perspective and form, transitioning a cylinder to a box is difficult. The difficult part is also just cause its like palcement of everything especially with the radius and ulna's twisty bitch shit. Trying to be more positive though so at the very least the only place to go from here is up, my second attempt will definitely be better I think, maybe it'll be so much better I'll actually do 8 like I planned who knows. You can see I really started to give up near the end so that definitely didn't help but it did get me over it instead of wallowing in frustration. So you know I'll get better or I'll explode and die whichever comes first.
