Background
Raz was raised in a cult outside of the city and after settling in the city became a serial killer known as the Scarlet Killer. Eventually he was caught by the police and sentenced to death however when any attempts at killing him seemed to not work resulting in him being sentenced to a life sentence of public service working for the aster organization.
