The ruler of the butterfly kingdom, however they find all that governing stuff tiring so they just let the citizens of the kingdom create their own government, so long as they're still considered the princet and can demand whatever they want. Plexipyre is a proud person always boasting about their own greatness, they love their title of princet and try to be their own image of regal and extravagant, even their name which they chose themself is a classical and fancy name among butterflies. They often have a smug grin plastered on their face and many percieve them an idiot due to how pompous they are while disconnected from the common. Best not let them hear you insult them like that though, as they have a short temper and you'll earn yourself a glare and one of their many knives thrown at you.
Plexipyre is a telepath and a pyrokinetic, that have been in their family historically though had skipped many generations. They're very liberal with their pyrokinesis, however they tend to use their telepathy exclusively for the knives they carry as using it for anything else just isn't fancy enough for them.
Many do not like them them but they're overall tolerated due to how little they actually do anything involving the governing.

Lilypad
Plexipyre finds the existence of a nearby witch quite useful as it makes getting any potions or magic consumables much easier to access, though they find the woman quite strange. Very few people treat Plexipyre the way in which this witch does and it tends to throw them off and in while they'd never admit it first they've been somewhat charmed by the witch.
Ranarian
Ranarian and Plexipyre don't get along and it's easy to understand why, Plexipyre is the grand princet of a kingdom and Ranarian is just some commoner who does hates royals and does nothing but complain and talk about a "working class". If her job was such hard work why doesn't she just get another one or just quit working altogether it's not that difficult.
Selys
Lilypad's little dragonfly friend, he's not too important in Plexipyre's mind and they probably can't even remember his name.
