Limeus is an eccentric man with dreams of being a renowned villain, however he doesn't really have a bad bone in his body. He's loud, boistrous, and maniacal but is overall a nice dude. He and his ability are rather pathetic and he can easily be beat by just having an elderly lady tell him off.
