About
Dove is a love obsessed man, particularly obsessed with whomever he falls in love with often following them around and trying his most to be near and talk to them, as such he tends to be a stalker though he would scoff at the assertion after all it's natural to want to be with your loved one. Despite his obsession he generally backs off were his love to find another, though often this leads to him wallowing from heartbreak and further cementing his goal in life.
To be a bride and then to die. His goal stems from his desire to be loved, to never lose that love, and to have that sparkling moment of his wedding, he doesn't have much else to live for beyond that. After all if you're dead you can never lose anything again. He yearns for affection and often will rub up against his love and fish for compliments, even when he's insulted or beat he doesn't care as long as he's can be loved.
When it comes to most conversation Dove struggles to communicate with others and so on some level has just given up on it. His views on relationships is poisoned by viewing romantic love as the only kind of love and so he doesn't understand why people form connections beyond that, he understands that people have friends but never having had one he doesn't quite "get it" and so is not interested in it and tends to be averse to anyone attempting to be friendly with him that isn't his love.
His struggle to communicate with others may be because his obsession with romantic love has left him in some way empty, and he's painfully aware of his emptiness, and it feeds into his struggle to believe that someone even could love him. After all someone would've truly loved him by now right? So he continues to yearn and claw and hope for that love and the emptiness inside him continues to widen.

Background
From birth Dove was heavily neglected by his parents, he barely even saw them and can hardly remember their faces, the only time he had ever spent with one of them was watching shows about people planning their weddings with his mother. He was envious of the women who oft were the focus, the way they were complimented, the way all eyes were on them, the starring moment of them on their wedding days, the way they were allowed to like boys, and he, someone who had felt like he could never have it, was envious that they were loved, that someone would choose to love them every bit of them and be with them forever.
Dove even as a child felt isolated from both his peers and those older than him, he couldn't understand them and it was like everything he did and said was wrong to them. Other kids, particularly other boys found him strange and gross and even among other outcasted children he failed to really connect with them due to feeling they'd treat him like the others.
